Process of the immigration in Canada

When a client of the firm, the first thing they will receive is the preliminary package of the immigration in Canada from the firm, which includes all of the necessary forms, document checklists, instructions, and information for the client to begin the Canadian Immigration Application process, the following procedures should be followed by customers to guarantee a smooth and successful Canada Immigration Application process.

Introduction:

The customer attentively reads the preliminary package from Canada Immigration and follows the directions.

Forms of Application:

The customer completes the Government of Canada Application forms that were sent along with the preliminary package.

Completely fill out the application forms:

The company receives the client's completed Canada Immigration Application paperwork for evaluation. At this point, the customer is not to submit any additional papers.

Express Entry Online Profile Created:

The company examines the client's application for immigration in Canada. If the forms are complete, the company will generate the computerized forms and e-mail them to the client for review and signing in the case of Business Class and Family Class applications. The business will construct the applicant's Express Entry Online Profile for Federal Skilled Worker Class/Federal Skilled Trades Class/Canadian Experience Class candidates. In all instances, the customer will be informed through e-mail if further information or clarifications are needed.

Send Files to the Office:

The customer delivers all of their papers and signed computer-generated Canada Immigration Application forms to the company via courier in the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants. At this point, the customer must also pay the fees to the Government of Canada. If asked by Citizenship and Immigration Canada to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada, the same holds for Federal Skilled Worker Class/Federal Skilled Trades Class/Canadian Experience Class applicants, without the computer-produced Canada Immigration Application documents.

Prepared legal arguments:

If the client's papers are accepted, the firm will produce comprehensive written legal arguments to accompany the client's Canada Immigration Application package and e-mail in the case of Business Class and Family Class applicants. Legal reasons are presented to the client for approval before being included in the Canada Immigration Application package.

Send your application package to the Visa Office:

When the client accepts the written, legal reasons for Business Class and Family Class applicants, the client's complete Canada Immigration Application Package, including the written legal arguments, will be submitted to the Canadian visa office by courier for processing.

The Canada visa office or processing center will acknowledge receipt of your application and may ask for further documentation.

Notification of Waiver:

The client's interview date or waiver of the interview will be sent to company by the Canada immigration office or processing center. At this point, further papers may be required. If the client's interview is waived, they must immediately undertake the Canada Immigration Medical Examination (if not previously done, as in the case of Family Class applicants). If an interview is needed, the client should take the Immigration in Canada Medical Examination one month before the interview.

Interview:

If an interview is needed, the client goes to the Canadian visa office for the interview.

Decision:

The Canadian visa office or processing center makes the decision. If the judgment is favorable, the client must pay the Government of Canada's Right of Permanent Residence costs and submit their passport to the Canadian visa office for immigrant visa insertion.

Completion:

The client's passport is returned to them with an immigrant visa attached if the result is favorable. The immigrant visa has an expiry date, and the client must be in Canada before that date to be landed.
